"The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever." -Jacques Yves Cousteau The sea forms the western boundary of the qathet region while seeming to surround and isolate us at times. The Pacifc Ocean provides an abundance of fish which in turn draw a large variety of wildlife to our shores.
